The Edit Job Openings page is used to modify an Employment Opportunity item that already exists. Depending on its Publish status, the item may or may not be visible on the lists of job openings that appear in the GaDOE public Web site.
To edit existing job openings, complete the following steps:
From any page in MyGaDOE, place your mouse above the Jobs option in the Navigation menu. The Jobs flyout menu displays, as shown below.

Click the View Jobs option. The Employment Opportunity page displays, as shown below. The lists which a user can view are based on access rights for that user.

Locate the item you want to edit from the lists of items to which you have access.
Click the
Edit (
) icon. The
Edit Employment Opportunities page displays with the selected item visible
and ready for edit, as shown below.

Make whatever changes are appropriate to the posting.
Click the Update Job button. the job is updated and the user is returned to the Employment Opportunities page, which lists all job postings for which the user has access.
This completes the Edit Job Openings process.
