To edit a specific record in the search results list, complete the following steps:
Click on
the Edit icon (
) for the record on the list. For
example, the Edit icon appears at the end of the listing for the Model
High School record, shown below. To
edit the record for this school, click on the edit icon at the end of
listed record.

The item's record displays, as shown in the image below. Users may now edit this page.

When finished, click the Save button near the bottom of the page. In the example above, the button reads Save School, however this will change based on what type of search you conducted (Save District, Save People, etc.).
This completes the Edit Search Results process.
