The second part of the two-part login system that is used to log onto a computer or computer network. It generally consists of some combination of numbers and characters. Most of the time, it is in all lower case; however, some systems require a combination of upper and lower case. Users generally can change their passwords as they desire, in order to protect the computers and the computer network from illicit entry.
The function within the Search Bar that allows users to search for people working in any public educational unit within the state.

A radio button is a small circular button that, when clicked, shows a black dot in the middle. Usually, radio buttons are used to select from a set of options, only one of which can be chosen at a time.
Permits the person designing the questionnaire to repeat the questions in a section a specified number of times (up to 999).
Regional Educational Services Agencies. A regional grouping of school systems, used by the GaDOE to provide services to the member systems that they could not afford individually.
A person assigned the role of controlling access to a specific part of MyGaDOE and ensuring security for that part. Security officers approve user requests for assignment to organization and application roles.

A set of state funded and operated schools that function outside the normal administrative system of school districts. Currently, there are three State-Run Schools, as follows: the Georgia School for the Deaf, the Georgia School for the Blind, and the Atlanta Area School for the Deaf.

The first part of the two-part login system that is used to log onto a computer or computer network. The User Name (sometimes called User ID) in most places consists of the first initial and last name of the user, generally in all lower case letters. However, there is no fixed rule that requires this. It could be made up of virtually any combination of letters and numbers. For example, a user name for John Doe would normally be jdoe. However, it might be x7rt201s, depending on the way the system administrators set it up.
